Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) has become a major software delivery model for many business Enterprises. From Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to accounting to service desk management, Enterprises are turning to SaaS for nearly every facet of running their businesses.  However, for Network Service Providers, managing and operating their networks has traditionally been a centralized, on-premise, and often homegrown, software solution approach.
